Delivery of Your Harper Wardrobe

Delivery is 1-2Weeks. You will be notified when your exciting delivery is on its way and the support from Baby Boutique does not end there if you need help building or you are unsure of anything you can give one of our stores a call and we will be more than happy to help.

Our specialist 2-Man delivery service which will deliver to the room of your choice in multi floor properties, we will deliver up to a maximum of 3 flights of stairs. The delivery will take place within 14 days of order (certain postcodes excluded) and we will require a valid contact number, so our specialist 2 Man team can contact you with your dispatch information. Orders can only be dispatched once we have contacted you to confirm the delivery.

We currently deliver to 95% of the UK (see exceptions below).

Postal areas which we are unable to deliver to via our 2 Man (Room of Choice) Delivery service in the UK include:

• Ireland
• Northern Ireland
• Isle of Man
• Isle of Wight
• Isles of Scilly
• Channel Islands
• Scottish Islands

Missed Deliveries

It is extremely important to make sure someone is available on the agreed date at the delivery address to sign for the parcel(s). A mobile contact telephone number must be provided when placing an order.

We will only attempt the delivery once. Deliveries which have failed will be instantly returned to sender and cannot be re-booked until payment has been made for the re-delivery. Re-delivery can take up to 7-14 days. Please see re-delivery charges below.

If your order has failed the following re-delivery charges will apply:

• Cot bed/Dresser/Wardrobe and Mattress 75
