Southpaw Weighted Vests are:

• Designed with hook and loop fasteners on the sides for comfort; easy sizing, and quick removal if needed.
• Designed with weight compartments to keep the individual weights off of the spine

32″ – 35″ torso width, length 18″. Supplied with 4 x 0.5lb, 4 x 1lb and 4 x 1.5lb weights.
